Theory Programs
The crane training school features a strong grounding in theory related to inspection, power-line safety, theory and site hazards involved in crane operation. Trainees would gain understanding about load charts, rigging and hardware applications. Quizzes and direct feedback throughout the course will assist people training solidify their understanding.
Theory course topics: Safety fundamentals for crane operators; introduction to crane certification process; rigging knowledge; crane operation knowledge; communications knowledge; crane maintenance and service and crane pre-trip inspections & set-u.
Practical Programs
The crane training school features practical training including hands-on learning. This part teaches trainees how to identify crane components and terminology. Individuals training will have the chance to practice skills considered necessary for crane signaling, operating and signaling.
Practical course topics: Identify crane functions and components; Learn crane terms; use remote control; identify wire ropes and rigging; identify regulations and documents for wire rope and rigging; pre-use inspection on crane; use hand signals and radio; carry out right lowering and lifting of loads and carry out rigging methods.
